This week's FREE White Swan Wednesday offering comes from ReBliss: STARS ReVisited, a sublime new release from David Newman (Durga Das) and Krishna Venkatesh, who teamed up to remix David's entire 2012 release, Stars. Clearly, these two birds of a very different musical feather found some strong and fertile common ground in their first collaboration, reanimating these already buoyant tracks with a diverse mix of styles including dub, bhangra, the "Philly sound" and funk. They reinvent "We Are What We Are/Sri Ram" with a chilled out lounge vibe that warm your heart in mid-winter. We hope you enjoy this free track. If you do, please share it.
